Customer satisfaction is important to us. Nasha terms and conditions aim to provide the best customer experience with us though understanding the rights and liabilities of both parties. Please your time to read them carefully.

Nasha.ae provides software-based platform for placing orders and making payments by using the unique registered customer account. Once order is placed and payment is process, we arrange delivery services from our side to the registered customer address.

Registration and Ordering Process

Every customer is the sole authorized user of the account created by self on our online platform. Registration is free of charge. The data required for registration should be provided by the customer must be complete and accurate. The customer can update his/her information anytime at his/her own risk and Nasha.ae has no responsibility over the use of the customer account and expressly disclaims any liability therefrom regarding the information provided. Customer must contact nasha.ae immediately if found any suspicious unauthorized party that might be using your account. By providing your contact number to Nasha.ae, you are hereby consent to Nasha.ae to use your contact number in order to contact you on any subjects related to orders placed by you.

You have the right to opt in for additional marketing correspondence, including but not limited to notifications on new products received, promotional offers, service updates, feedback and other marketing materials.

Prices

The prices displayed on the website will be VAT inclusive.

Order Volume

Nasha.ae will contact customers to confirm the order in the following cases:

  • If the order placed requires more than one delivery personnel to be handled by due to its volume.
  • If the total items exceed 100 lines or more than 10 same items ordered.
  • Minimum order value is AED 100 in Dubai, AED 250 – in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah,  AED 500 – in Ras Al Khaimah.

Cancellation and Revision of orders

Once the order is confirmed, the customer will not be able to amend it as per the technical features of the platform. Every confirmed order is eligible for cancellation for a limited time of period until it is disbursed for delivery.

Customer has the right to cancel the order and request the refund before the order is dispatched or at the time of the delivery if there are any damages found, if incorrect product is delivered or there is a quantity mismatch. The customer should check and confirm his deliver in front of the delivery person and in case any of above-mentioned issues with delivery are found, the customer should return the delivery and the new shipment for the same order will be dispatched.

In case of product quality concerns, the customer can contact the dedicated number, given on the website or application page and provide the evidence of the product quality issues. In such case the paid amount can be refunded and affected product will be replaced.

Nasha.ae will ensure to deliver all the grocery items in the right quantity and adhering to a high-quality standard.

Delivery

Every confirmed order will be delivered to the provided address within maximum 3 days after the order is received. A dedicated person will contact the customer on the registered phone number to confirm the date and time of the delivery. Once order is delivered, the deliver person will ask for the signature of the customer confirming order receipt or will send the photo confirmation of the deliver to the customer registered phone number, if such is prior agreed with the customer.

Payment Methods

Nasha.ae accept payment using Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit card or debit card. Card holder must retain a copy of transaction record. The payment method can be selected when the order is finalized and confirmed by the customer.
